The Future of Travel Risk

Wednesday 25th November 2026
The Royal Institution, 21 Albemarle St, London, W1S 4BS

Sharing current and relevant thinking about travel risk management (TRM) programmes, their implementation, risk factors, technology and how it sits within the wider security role.

Aim

This year's forum will deep dive into how TRM is implemented across different industry sectors. The different sectors by necessity have to consider widely varying traveller profiles, different destination risk factors and widely differing travel mechanisms. Attendees will be able to check their programmes against their peers and also see if other sectors have TRM tools that they may be able to incorporate.

The final panel will look at topical topics - less well documented issues that face security managers with modern travellers.

The forum will consist of panel discussions led by beTravelwise Advisors and topic experts, hosting clients and other leading industry practitioners.

They will share their experience of implementing their TRM programmes, the challenges they have faced and overcome, and the support available to them.

Panels

The panels will be:

  • Panel 1: Manufacturing & Construction

  • Panel 2: Professional Services

  • Panel 3: Other Services

  • Panel 4: Non-Governmental Organisations & Not For Profits.

  • Panel 5: Topical Topics

In addition, there will be time for networking with your peers.

After the event participants shall be sent a white paper detailing the day's outcomes with suggested action plans. Our previous Forum's Findings Papers can be read here.
